Looking thinner and smart is a desire of every woman of the world but some women feels it hard to look smart with having extra fats with you. Losing weight is a thing which really requires time and effort but it is not impossible to look smart even with having extra fats in your body all that is required is a bit more concentration and interest towards your dressing. No matter you are having a bit bulky figure but you can hide it by following some simple steps and you can be the point of attraction for many people. 1. The color of the dress matters the most when the main concern is to look smart. The light colors just figure out your body and for the ladies having some extra pounds in body, the light colors can make them look drastically bulky. So it is suggested that if you have gained some extra weight than try to choose dark colors for your dresses as the dark colors makes you look smart and will also be helpful to hide the bulkier parts of your body.

2. If you want to look smarter in the few hours because you have to go on a party and your dress is pretty tight for you than go for a pair of Spanx/shapewear. These are easily available in the market and wearing a shape wear under your dress reduces almost an inch of extra fats from your body in 0-20 seconds and you can easily fit well in your dress. The shape wear easily hides the extra bulky body from the thighs and the shape wear are perfect for winters only because in summer the wires of shapewear sometimes become visible under the light clothes so for winter you should go for Spanx which doesn’t have wires.

3. Another important action which you should do is to say No to the baggy/bulky clothes. Some women are of the opinion that wearing baggy kind of clothes’ will hide their body and they’ll look smart but the reality is opposite to it, the bulky clothes expose your body more badly from that of the tight clothes. The perfect selection should be the tight clothes but sometimes the tight clothes draws attention towards the bulges and bumps so in this case you should go for the fitted cloth that is neither too tight nor too loose.

4. Be careful with the pattern of your clothes because the patterns of clothes are very important when it comes to hiding or exposing your figure. The larger the pattern of clothes the more it will expose your body parts so if you are bulkier than you should go for a small patterned dress. For the ladies who have wider hips it is suggested that wear a bottom having no or very small patterns and the top should be highly patterned so that the attention would shift to the top and the hips would look thinner.

5. The high heels are another thing which can make you look thinner. The heels tend to make you taller and remember the taller you are the thinner you’ll look. If you are not use to the high heels than you should start to use them now as the heels are almost the main item which can make you thinner.
